    Hi I installed your software and run it to recover some incidentally deleted photos it said it found the 22 photos and 47 files in total but when the scan had finished all it would show was the 22 photos no deleted ones. How do i get to see the 25 other files that it found.

      Hi, please use “complete recovery” module to find all files. This module is for photos, images, video and audio files.

    I have recovered what I think is all of my mp3 files but, it seems the program has made each file over 1GB. how do I open each file now that I have saved them to a different hard drive? Thanks!
